This fitted jacket is constructed of soft lightweight drum-dyed naked grade goatskin leather 0.9-.00 mm thick. The full action back assures your comfort, as does the three zippered pocket front, the half belt with buckle close, and the snap down collar and lapels. The single panel back allows easy application of patches, embroidery, or designs. The soft black satin liner completes the features. Sizes X Small to 5X Large. Compared to cowhide, goatskin leather has a coarser grain but can be finished to a texture that nearly matches that of cowhide. Goatskin leather is durable and naturally water resistant. It is lightweight and can be shaved quite thin to allow for a closer fit. Drum-dying is a process in which leather is immersed in dye and tumbled in a rotating drum, allowing maximum dye penetration. Naked Leather is the top grade of leather–only 5% of skins are graded as “Naked”. The leather is soft and supple, with minimum flaws.
